Nike Kyrie 2 Low Spongebob Mr Krabs – CJ6953-600/CJ6952-600
WHY IS IT CHEAP? Read me?
Nike enlisted Nickelodeon’s SpongeBob SquarePants for another tv-themed collection, including the Nike Kyrie Low 2 “Mr. Krabs”. This is Kyrie’s second tv-themed collaboration, the first being a tribute to the sitcom “Friends”. This collection consists of three Kyrie 5 models and two Kyrie Low 2s. All of SpongeBob’s main cast (SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, Mr. Krabs, and Sandy) is accounted for in the colorways and design inspiration for this collection.
This Kyrie Low 2 is inspired by Mr. Krabs’ characteristics and personality. It features a patent red upper with translucent overlays and an aluminum sole. Green money designs appear in parts of the midsole and the interior detailing, representative of Mr. Krabs’ greed. A squashed Plankton graphic on the inner foot upper, Nickelodeon and Secret Formula graphics on the inside of the tongue, and a Mr. Krabs illustration on the insoles completes the design. These sneakers released in August of 2019 retailed for $110.
